In our Easter Dresses

The girls wore their Easter dresses the week before Easter this year because of General Conference. They were pretty casual dresses but super cute. Bryn looked so cute in her little cardigan and headband. I can't belive she is three months old.

Bryn 7 weeks

I took these photos of Bryn about a week ago to pacify the grandparents who keep asking what she is looking like now. She is really starting to fill out and I think she is really darling, but then again I am her mother. Thank goodness the baby acne has started to clear! She is quite alert and loves to smile at her sisters whenever they are in her line of sight. We went to the doctor today and she is already 9.5 lbs, so she is really doing quite well.

Bryn's Blessing Day

On Sunday January 24th we were able to have Bryn blessed at church. Dad had flown into town to see her and so we thought we had better have her blessed while he could be here to participate. It was a really beautiful day. We had most of Jason's family there and my parents and brother. Jason gave her a really lovely blessing and Bryn was so good and didn't make a peep the entire prayer. Jason said she just sat there looking around at everyone's faces. She looked so darling in the long blessing dress we picked out. It was really nice to have our families there with us and a few of our friends.
After church we had a little lunch at our house. Everything was so yummy and we had a huge buffet of delicious treats to choose from! It was so fun to have our house filled with people that we love and who all love Bryn. It made me think how lucky we are to have so many amazing family members and friends.

These are a couple of pictures of Bryn for those of you who haven't had the chance to see her yet. Santa Sightings

The girls have had the chance to sit on Santa's lap quite a few times the past couple of weeks. These pictures were from our ward Christmas party. This Santa was their favorite though, although Hallie said that he should wash his hair because it is too yellow. The kids were excited to get a pez dispenser as a little pre-christmas treat from Santa. Sage asked him for Lincoln Logs and a DS game and Hallie asked for a baby doll.

The Nutcracker

I figure that as I am sitting here waiting for this baby to show up I have plenty of time to post some pictures from the last couple of months.
These are photos from Sage's winter dance recital that happened in November. This year they did the Nutcracker and a little Rockettes show. Sage was a candy cane in the Nutcracker and did a darling ballet dance.
In the Rockettes show she did a jazz dance to "Walking in a Winter Wonderland". They were little ice skaters and looked the part in their gloves, scarves, and headbands.
Sage is getting to be a better and better dancer with each passing year and we could really see her progress in this recital. Sage was really excited to have Scott and Misty and Grant come and watch her dance as well.
